Sajal Ali’s ‘Mom’ premiered in Moscow

LAHORE: Pakistani actress Sajal Ali’s Bollywood film ‘Mom’ that also features Sridevi and Adnan Siddiqui has been premiered in Moscow.

Veteran actress Sridevi, her husband Boney Kapoor and her younger daughter Khushi also arrived at the red carpet.

Sridevi gave a speech and signed autographs for her fans.

However, the film was dubbed in Russian and rechristened ‘Mama’.

The film was earlier released across theatres on July 7 and garnered great reviews.

Directed by Ravi Udyawar, MOM is the story of a mother who is determined to avenge the wrong her daughter was subjected to. The movie also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Akshaye Khanna in key roles.
