President Asif Ali Zardari has once again criticized political opponents, emphasizing patience and resilience in public life. Speaking in Wahari, he said Pakistan lost four years due to halted progress and daily political rhetoric. His remarks were widely interpreted as a sharp reference to former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Zardari stressed that political leadership requires tolerance and maturity, saying those unable to endure challenges should choose simpler paths. “If you cannot bear politics, do something easier. You could become Mother Teresa or a cricket star,” he remarked. He highlighted the importance of enduring hardships as part of public service.
