The Afghan Taliban regime’s support for terrorists has been exposed as it restricted media access to areas impacted by Pakistan’s recent airstrikes.
Pakistan targeted key terrorist hideouts in Afghanistan based on verified and credible intelligence. However, the media blackout on the destroyed locations revealed the Taliban’s hypocritical behavior and their support for terrorist groups, sources said.
According to The South Asia Times, Afghanistan blocked both Afghan media and civilian access to the affected regions.
The state-controlled Afghan media only aired footage from a destroyed site in the Behsud district, while reports on other destroyed hideouts were not published.
Residents of Paktika, Khost, and Nangarhar confirmed that after the airstrikes, Taliban forces encircled several areas. Locals revealed that terrorists, along with their families, had been residing in these areas for years.
The restrictions raised questions about the actual death toll and the full effects of the airstrikes.
Experts believe that the lack of media access strengthens the belief that the Taliban is actively concealing the truth on the ground.
Credible evidence shows that Afghanistan continues to serve as a safe haven for global terrorist groups, including “Fath al-Khawarij and Fath al-Hind”.
