Published on: May 28, 2026 6:02 PM

Pakistan has announced that 200 personnel from the Federal Constabulary’s Special Diplomatic Protection Unit will receive training in Saudi Arabia. The decision aims to enhance professional skills and strengthen bilateral security cooperation between the two countries. The development was confirmed following high-level talks in Mina.

The agreement was reached during a meeting between Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Saudi Interior Minister Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Saud. Both sides discussed internal security cooperation, regional developments, and ways to improve institutional capacity. The meeting also included exchanges of Eidul Azha greetings and mutual goodwill messages.
