Moreover, it was also agreed that the damages to public and private properties from November 6 to until during the Dharna time should be compiled and financial loss in this regard be borne by the Federal government.

Khadim Rizvi, who has been leading a sit-in outside Data Darbar since Monday, threatened to hold nationwide protests if government does not fulfill the terms of agreement.

Earlier today, an anti-terrorism court (ATC) declared cleric Khadim Hussain Rizvi among other Tehreek-e-Labaik leaders as absconders in Faizabad dharna case.

ATC judge Shahrukh Arjumand declared Khadim Rizvi, Peer Afzal Qadri, Maulana Anayatullah and Sheikh Azhar as absconders for failing to appear before the court.

The prosecution said that cases are registered against Khadim Rizvi and four other leaders of the Faizabad sit-in, however, they are not presenting themselves before the court.
