Ten dead, five injured in road accidents in Jamshoro

Ten persons were killed and five injured in road accidents in Jamshoro and Dadu districts on Wednesday. Seven persons died and five injured in tragic accidents in Jamshoro district while three died in Dadu.

A road accident occurred between a motorcycle and a coach at Jamshoro Phtaka in Jamshoro town on Wednesday as a result of which three motorcyclists were killed. Three players of cricket were returning from LUMHS Nako after playing a cricket match on motorcycles but as soon as their motorcycle reached at Jamshoro Phatak, it collided with a coach.

Those died were known as 22 years old Zaffar Daidano, 21 years old Abid Dilwani Khoso and Gul Hassan Korejo- residents of Khanoth.

In another incident, three persons died in a road accident when a car overturned on M-9 motorway at police post number -10 In jurisdiction of Looni Koat police station. Car was going to Kotri from Karachi. As soon as it arrived at Looni Koat, it overturned and 40 years old Ali Nawaz Shoro and 14 years old Asif Shoro and Shah Mohammad, residents of kotri were died. Three persons who were critically injured laid on road for 15 minutes and died due to delay in first aid and emergency aid. Dead bodies of deceased were brought at LUMHS Jamshoro.

In another incident, a passenger coach was overturned on Jamshoro-Sehwan Indus highway near cadet college Petaro as a result of which one passenger died and five injured. Deceased Akbar Ali and injured were brought at LUMHS Jamshoro.

Two persons died in road accident between truck and motorcycle at Dadu-Moro road some 10 kilometers away from Dadu city.

Names of deceased were: Akbar and Mehboob Mastoi. Jahaloo police handed over dead bodies to relatives after autopsy from civil hospital Dadu. Jhaloo police impounded truck and damaged motorcycle and started investigation.
