Shehnaaz Gill’s Ikk Kudi sees 153% jump at box office, crosses ₹1 crore mark

Ikk Kudi box office collection: Shehnaaz Gill's film sees big jump
MUMBAI– Shehnaaz Gill’s Punjabi family entertainer Ikk Kudi continues to perform steadily at the box office, showing impressive growth on the fifth day of its release.

Marking her debut as a producer, Shehnaaz has taken a major leap in her career with this heartfelt film directed by Amarjit Saron. Known for her natural charm and emotional depth, Shehnaaz has once again managed to strike a chord with audiences across Punjab and beyond.

According to box office tracking platform Sacnilk, Ikk Kudi earned ₹13 lakh on Monday (Day 4) and recorded a remarkable 153% jump on Tuesday (Day 5) with collections of ₹33 lakh—its highest single-day performance so far. The film’s total domestic gross has now crossed ₹1.02 crore, with a net collection of around ₹69 lakh in India.

Despite the encouraging trend, trade analysts note that the film needs sustained momentum to recover its ₹5 crore production budget.

Day-wise Box Office Collection:
• Day 1 – ₹12 lakh
• Day 2 – ₹19 lakh
• Day 3 – ₹25 lakh
• Day 4 – ₹13 lakh
• Day 5 – ₹33 lakh
Total (Gross): ₹1.02 crore

Featuring Gurdail Paras, Harby Sangha, Udaybir Sandhu, and Nirmal Rishi, Ikk Kudi has been co-produced by Shehnaaz Gill, Amarjit Singh Saron, and Kaushal Joshi, and distributed globally by Dharma Productions.

The film tells the story of a young woman who begins to suspect her fiancé is hiding a dark secret, setting off a journey filled with love, laughter, and emotional revelations.
