Ishaq Dar discusses regional issues with Saudi FM

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a phone call with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan on Tuesday. They discussed the regional situation and recent developments. Dar also extended New Year greetings and best wishes to his counterpart.

During the conversation, Dar expressed satisfaction over positive progress in Pakistan-Saudi bilateral relations. He emphasized the importance of continued cooperation on regional issues. Faisal bin Farhan reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s commitment to strengthening ties with Pakistan.

The two leaders highlighted the need for mutual collaboration to maintain stability in the region. They agreed to explore further initiatives enhancing political, economic, and security cooperation. Dar appreciated Saudi Arabia’s support on key diplomatic and economic matters.

Additionally, both ministers underscored the importance of open communication channels between Islamabad and Riyadh. They agreed that regular dialogue will help address challenges and prevent misunderstandings. Faisal bin Farhan promised proactive engagement on issues of mutual concern.
