Hadid addressed the audience, highlighting the plight of families in Palestine and Sudan. “Families living through unimaginable loss, displacement, hunger, violence, tonight we attempt to shield them… Even remembering is a protest,” she said, urging global support for affected children.
The concert, held at the Shrine Auditorium, featured performances by Alex G, Blood Orange, Clairo, Daniel Caesar, Faye Webster, Geese, Jazmine Sullivan, Lucy Dacus, Noname, Noor Hindi, Omar Apollo, Raphael Saadiq, Rex Orange County, Safia Elhillo, Shawn Mendes, Tamino, 070 Shake, and Mustafa. Poets Noor Hindi and Safia Elhillo offered overtly political performances reflecting the ongoing crises. Two children evacuated from Gaza for life-saving treatment were present in the audience, symbolising the direct impact of the relief efforts.
The funds raised will support the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) and the Sudanese American Physicians Association, aiding medical care, nutrition, and essential services for children in conflict zones.
This large-scale initiative follows previous efforts, including a September 2025 benefit concert raising $2 million and smaller charity events. The concert drew attention to ongoing conflicts in Gaza and Sudan, where atrocities and famine have created urgent humanitarian needs.
