Published on: March 5, 2026 7:35 PM

At least 1,230 people have been killed in Iran following US and Israeli attacks, Arab media reported Thursday. The escalating conflict has also caused deaths among American troops and civilians across the Middle East. The growing toll highlights the widening regional impact of the ongoing war.

Arab media reports said Israeli strikes on Lebanon have killed at least 77 people during the recent escalation. Meanwhile, Iranian attacks on Israel have left 11 people dead. Among them were six American soldiers stationed in the country.

The violence has also spread to several Gulf states amid rising regional tensions. In the United Arab Emirates, three people were reportedly killed during Iranian strikes. A missile interception in Bahrain caused a fire in an industrial area, killing one person.

Similarly, attacks in Kuwait resulted in four deaths, including two Kuwaiti soldiers. Reports said projectiles launched by Iran caused casualties in multiple locations across the region. Security authorities continue monitoring the situation as tensions remain high.
