During his address, Trump said, “I’m going to make a prediction that you will be, in the not-too-distant future, running for political office,” while also giving Paul his “complete and total endorsement” for any position he might choose. The endorsement marks a high-profile entry for Paul, 29, into the political conversation, following his success as a professional boxer and digital content creator.

YouTuber Jake Paul: “What President Trump’s taught me is courage. You never back down from a fight.”

Jake Paul joined Trump on stage and praised the former president for instilling a sense of courage and determination. “What Mr. Trump has taught me is courage. We never back down from a fight, even if they’re much bigger than you, much, much bigger than you,” Paul said. He connected this message with the spirit of local Kentuckians, stating, “I feel all the local Kentuckians feel the same way. You guys have that fight. You guys have that swag.”

Trump introduced Paul by highlighting his influence and resilience, mentioning that he had invited him to appear on his podcast, which Paul initially hesitated to join. “His local podcast is a big stuff and he’s big stuff. This guy has guts,” Trump said.

Paul, who sustained a jaw injury in a December 2025 heavyweight bout against Anthony Joshua, spoke about his Kentucky roots, noting he grew up just a few hours away from the rally venue. His appearance alongside Trump signals potential political ambitions, though Paul has yet to formally announce any plans.

The endorsement underscores the increasing intersection of celebrity culture and politics, with prominent public figures like Paul gaining recognition beyond sports and social media platforms.
