
Former Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has officially retired from international cricket, concluding a remarkable career that spanned 54 Tests, 61 T20Is, and 117 One-Day Internationals, leaving an indelible mark on the sport.
Throughout his career, Sarfaraz scored 6,164 runs and led Pakistan in 100 international matches, guiding the national team to major victories, including the ICC Champions Trophy in 2017, cementing his place in cricket history.

Under his captaincy, Pakistan’s T20 team reached the world’s number one ranking, and Sarfaraz remains the only Pakistani captain to have won ICC titles at both junior and senior levels, showcasing his exceptional leadership.
