The Punjab Land Records Authority has revised service charges for a range of land administration services, including property transfer, registration and land record issuance, for the fiscal year 2026-27. The updated fee structure has taken effect immediately across Punjab.

According to an official notification, the revised charges apply to services such as land record copies, property transfers, mutations, e-registration and bank verification, with separate rates introduced for domestic users and overseas Pakistanis.
Under the new schedule, an express copy of land records, including Fard, Mutation and Girdawri, through Mobile Arazi Record Centers (MARCs) and Universal Access facilities will cost Rs4,000, while the standard service fee has been set at Rs900. The fee for obtaining a Naqal Arazi Record has been fixed at Rs5,000, a Green Property Certificate at Rs800, and copies of registered deeds at Rs1,400 per transaction.
The authority has also revised mutation charges. A regular mutation will now cost Rs1,200, while bank-processed mutations will be charged Rs2,100. The fee for express mutation services has been increased to Rs11,200. Bank verification of land records will cost Rs1,000 for successful transactions and Rs700 for unsuccessful verification requests.
For e-registration services, appointing a commission will cost Rs6,700. Sale and purchase transactions will be subject to a service fee of 0.1 percent of the property’s value, with a minimum charge of Rs3,600. Other e-registration transactions will carry a fixed fee of Rs3,600.
The notification further states that Property Transfer System (PTS) transactions involving housing societies and development authorities will cost Rs3,000, while filing cases through the Revenue Courts Management System (RCMS) will cost Rs3,500.

For overseas Pakistanis, the PLRA has introduced an additional $50 service charge for land record services through foreign missions, while appointing a foreign mission as a local commission under the e-registration system will cost $100 per transaction.
