CM Punjab urges hope and resilience on World Hope Day

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, in her message on World Hope Day, said that when people show courage and determination, the light of hope turns into the radiant sun of conviction.

She said hope is an emotion that gives people the strength to move forward. The day serves as a reminder that despite difficulties and challenges, one should never let go of hope.

The chief minister said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had become the hope of the people. She added that the government was working day and night to live up to the expectations of the people of Pakistan.

CM Punjab expressed the hope that the people of Punjab would now receive better healthcare facilities and that every homeless person in the province would realise the dream of owning a home.

She further said she hoped every farmer in Punjab would witness lush crops and enjoy prosperity.

The chief minister said hope enables people to find a ray of light even in the darkness of despair.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has expressed grief over the death of renowned cartoonist Shaukat Mahmood Maxim.

The chief minister extended her heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved family.

She said that Maxim had given a new dimension to visual and pictorial journalism. She added that Shaukat Mahmood Maxim had attained excellence in Islamic architecture and the art of cartooning.
