ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s ambassador to the U.S., Ali Jahangir Siddiqui, said Pakistan’s army and its people have sacrificed a lot in the war on terror.
At an event in honour of Pakistan’s Defence Day, the ambassador said Thursday he respects the country’s martyrs who died for their “beloved nation,” especially those who fought in the 1965 war.
