Pakistan voices concern at UN over rising Islamophobia in India
Pakistan has strongly condemned India’s systematic persecution of minorities at the United Nations, accusing it of promoting extremist nationalism under the guise of patriotism.

Addressing a UN session on minority issues, Pakistan’s Counsellor Saima Saleem highlighted the alarming rise of Islamophobia and extremist ideologies in India. She stated that attacks on places of worship and open calls for genocide have become disturbingly common, reflecting state policies rooted in hatred against minorities.
