Mr. Azeem Hussain Siddiqui has assumed office as President of ICMA Pakistan, supported by Mr. Muhammad Yasin as Vice President, Mr. Intzar Hussain as Honorary Secretary and Mr. Abdul Qayyum as Honorary Treasurer. The newly elected leadership embodies a strong blend of professional distinction, institutional experience, and a shared vision for advancing the CMA profession in Pakistan and strengthening its global standing.

Mr. Azeem Hussain Siddiqui is a highly respected professional with extensive expertise in accounting, taxation, corporate laws, and governance. He is a Fellow Member of ICMA Pakistan, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), and the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan. Currently, he is a Partner at Naveed Zafar Ashfaq Jaffery & Co. and has previously served with KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., where he gained valuable experience in advisory and assurance services.

Mr. Siddiqui has remained deeply engaged with professional and institutional governance. He is currently a Member of the ICMA National Council (2024-2026) and has previously served two consecutive terms on the Karachi Branch Council (2019-2022 and 2022-2024), including three years as Chairman. He has contributed actively to several committees and presently serves as Chairman of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee. At the regional level, he has also served as Honorary Secretary of ICMA and as Technical Advisor at SAFA Board Member, contributing to the Committee on Sustainability Reporting and Assurance and the Committee on Accounting Standards.

Beyond the accounting profession, Mr. Siddiqui is Honorary Treasurer of the Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre, one of Pakistan’s largest NGOs founded by Dr. Ruth Pfau, and Honorary Vice President of the Pakistan Quiz Society International. He is also a regular speaker at professional seminars and workshops, particularly on taxation and corporate laws.
