Alina Amir takes stand against AI abuse

Published on: January 26, 2026 8:59 PM

TikTok star Alina Amir has finally broken her silence on a viral video falsely linked to her, firmly stating that the content was created using artificial intelligence and not real. After watching the issue grow online for nearly a week, she decided to speak when misleading posts began spreading rapidly and damaging her reputation.

In a detailed video message, Alina said she had chosen to stay quiet at first, hoping the rumours would fade on their own. However, as hundreds of posts started claiming her video had been leaked, she felt forced to respond and protect her name from false and harmful allegations.

She strongly denied the authenticity of the content and urged social media users to verify material before sharing it. Moreover, she warned that careless posting can destroy lives, especially when fake videos are presented as real without any fact checking or responsibility.

Alina also made a direct appeal to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, asking for strict legal action against those who use AI to create harmful content about women. At the same time, she praised the Crime Control Department for its work on harassment cases and urged its leadership to take her matter seriously.

While speaking about her own experience, Alina said this problem affects ordinary women even more than public figures. She explained that such fake videos often reach families and homes, causing deep emotional harm and long term trauma for victims who lack public support.

In a strong move, Alina announced a cash reward for anyone who provides information leading to the person behind the AI generated video. She ended by saying no woman should stay silent in 2026, and those who speak the truth must stand up without fear.
