A case has been registered against a contractor in the Baghbanpura area after a girl fell into a manhole. According to sources, a case was registered at Baghbanpura police station on the complaint of Shiraz Hassan, Sub-Engineer Wasa, according to the text of which development work is underway in UC 134 Ali Park Bazaar. The FIR stated that a company named Muhammad Rashid, Ashraf and Brothers is working on the contract. It is the company’s job to lay sewer pipes and water supply pipes in the streets. It is also the company’s job to cover the manhole in the streets. Due to the lack of a sewer cover in the streets of Choora Bazaar, a girl had fallen into a manhole. The residents of the area pulled the girl out with their own help. This incident occurred due to the negligence of the company’s contractor, Suleman, against whom legal action should be taken.
