Arab media also reported that 9,299 Palestinians are currently being held in Israeli prisons. Among them, 3,244 individuals are reportedly being detained under administrative detention without formal charges. Administrative detention is a legal measure that allows detention without a criminal trial under certain circumstances.
The reports further alleged that 90 Palestinian prisoners have died in Israeli custody due to alleged abuse and unlawful treatment. These claims have not been independently verified. Israeli authorities have not immediately responded to the latest allegations contained in the reports.
