Israel bombs Palestinians in Gaza; blows up homes in southern Lebanon

Published on: July 14, 2026 8:28 AM

Israeli forces bombed a group of Palestinians near Gaza City critically wounding several. Medical sources told Wafa news agency the attack occurred in the al-Twam area to the northwest.

One man also sustained serious injuries after being shot by Israeli forces in the central Gaza Strip, Wafa reported.

Gaza’s death toll since Israel launched its genocidal war in October 2023 stands at at least 73,231 with 173,686 wounded, the Health Ministry said on Monday.

Separately, Israeli forces have blown up a number of houses on the outskirts of Baraachit, located in the Bint Jbeil district, Lebanon’s National News Agency is reporting.

Intermittent Israeli shelling has been reported in multiple towns in Nabatieh governorate today, including Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Kfar Tebnit and Kfar Shouba.

The National News Agency reports an Israeli shell landed in Kfar Shouba, a village in southern Lebanon’s Nabatieh governorate.

We earlier reported intermittent artillery fire on Nabatieh al-Fawqa and Kfar Tebnit in the same governorate.

Israel has kept up its attacks on Lebanon despite a “ceasefire” and ahead of Lebanon-Israel talks slated for Tuesday in Rome, Italy.

Israel’s attacks on Lebanon since March 2 have killed at least 4,324 people and wounded 12,221, Lebanon’s Health Ministry says.
