TPL Insurance begins new chapter as part of JazzWorld ecosystem

Following the completion of Jazz International Holding Limited’s acquisition of a controlling stake in TPL Insurance Limited, the Company is entering a new phase of growth focused on innovation, digital enablement, and expanding access to insurance across Pakistan.

For over two decades, TPL Insurance has established itself as one of Pakistan’s leading general insurers through a strong focus on customer centric innovation, disciplined underwriting, and a robust omnichannel distribution network. Joining the JazzWorld ecosystem represents an important milestone in the Company’s journey and creates new opportunities to further strengthen its digital capabilities and broaden access to insurance solutions.
