Madhuri Dixit replaces Sridevi in Karan Johar’s upcoming film ‘Kalank’

Bollywood director and prdocuer, Karan Johar has finally revealed the name and star cast of his much-awaited film. Originally, the film cast included the late Sridevi. However, the Dharma Productions’ film, “Kalank” will now feature Madhuri Dixit in her place, opposite Sanjay Dutt and alongside, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt Sonakshi Sinhab, and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Karan Johar tweeted that, “Proud and excited to announce our epic drama Kalank. Releasing April 19, 2019. Directed by Abhishek Varman. Starring Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sanjay Dutt.”

Dharma Productions announced that, “Kalank” will release in 2019 with Madhuri Dixit as one of the lead actresses.
