KARACHI: Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair stated on Sunday after attending the funeral prayer of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) member Abid Tanoli that killing someone on the basis of political differences is sad.
The Sindh governor further said that the fall in terrorism in Karachi has also brought peace in other parts of the country, however, an investigation for the targetted killing is ongoing he added.
“Targetted killing incidents create a hostile environment for the upcoming elections as well”, Zubair concluded.
Tanoli was targetted on Saturday by unknown persons.
