Celebrated Pakistani actor Fawad Khan has performed Hajj with his family.

Not many people knew that Fawad is going to perform holy ritual along with his wife, Sadaf Fawad Khan for the very first time. Fawad, managed to keep his Hajj journey low key, that is why he missed the premier of ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2‘in which he has made a small appearance.

The 36 year old actor also represented Pakistan at the closing ceremony of Hajj, hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Media.

‘Humsafar’ actor kept his spiritual journey off the media radar and took no photos as he wanted to stay away from limelight while he was on the spiritual journey.

Being the guest of honor from Pakistan, Fawad got the chance to speak on behalf of Pakistanis at the closing ceremony. He said, “I’m honored to be representing 200 million Pakistanis in front of such a diverse audience and a nation that we love and highly respect.”

‘Kapoor and Sons’ actor further added, “This was my first experience of Hajj and I am happy to share that I take back great memories of it and I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire security and government’s management for the remarkable services rendered to all pilgrims.”

Fawad Khan also thanked the custodian of the two holy mosques and crown prince Mohammad bin Salman, “With their devotion to the Muslim Ummah and the holy pilgrimage, the custodian of the two holy mosques and the crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman has accomplished it successfully and remarkably. I’d like to congratulate the Khadim Harmain Shareefain fora successful Haj complete by their sincere efforts and would like to wish them all the best in spreading this message of peace and love in years to come”.
