President Vladimir Putin said in an interview broadcast Monday that Russia was open to a possible prison swap with the United States, as he spoke ahead of his summit with President Joe Biden.
“Yes, of course,” Putin told NBC News when asked if he would consider a prisoner swap — a likely topic of discission when the two leaders meet in Geneva on Wednesday.
