DG ISPR: Pakistan’s future is not only safe, but bright and promising

Published on: May 17, 2025 8:15 PM

In a recent address, Director-General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, confidently stated that Pakistan’s future is not only secure but also bright and promising. He emphasized that the public’s unwavering support for both Pakistan and the military reassured him of the country’s promising trajectory.

During a special session with students and teachers in Islamabad, the DG ISPR conveyed the army’s respects to the nation’s educators. He highlighted the importance of youth efforts for the country’s prosperity and defense, describing the bond between the people and the army as inseparable. “The strong, resilient barrier of defense in this country is the people and youth of Pakistan,” he remarked.

Lieutenant General Chaudhry further assured the students that future generations, including theirs, would continue safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty. “Pakistan is a haven of peace, and its victory symbolizes the triumph of peace,” he added.

He also warned the students about the malicious intentions of Pakistan’s adversaries, urging them to stay united. The DG ISPR pointed out that the terrorist activities witnessed in the country are fueled by external forces, particularly India. He asserted that with the combined strength of the people and the military, terrorism would be eradicated from Pakistan.

Concluding his remarks, Lieutenant General Chaudhry expressed gratitude for the public’s support towards Pakistan and the military. He confidently affirmed, “Based on the overwhelming love you have shown towards Pakistan and the army, I can say with certainty that Pakistan’s future is not only secure but also bright and promising.”
