5th International Educational Leadership Conference held

The 5th International Educational Leadership Conference 2025 was organized to celebrate World Teachers’ Day with the theme “Empowering the Architects of the Future” organized by EdVision Global Academy a project of Noor ul Huda Education with the prestigious cause partners, Rotary International District 3271, RCK Quaid, RCK Elite, Teachers’ Development Centre (TDC), Teachers Resource Centre (TRC), and other cause partners.

About 250 delegates attended the conference that featured International Educational leaders Dr Michael Fullan, Dr Andy Hargreaves and Values Based Leadership Specialist Dr Arthie Moore Robberts.

National Keynote/ Guest speakers included Rtn Ambreena Ahmed from TRC, Rtn Rafiah Mudassir From EdVision Global, Dr Fatima Dar ftom Oak Consulting, Dr Rabia Nauman and Dr Fozia Parveen from AKU-IED and Arts and Culture Department and Abbas Husain from TDC. Dr Sarwat Nauman from Fahem, Seema Irfan from The City School, Farzana Jamal Principal HGS, Rubina Naqvi, Seema Zahid and Tabinda Jabeen were noteworthy panelists from TRC.

All speakers focused on advocating teacher agency as leaders of the classroom and stressed the need to empower them through community engagement. Sustainable Futures can only be ensured through engaing our educational institutions.

DG Shakeel Kaim Khani was the chief guest who gave away shields to winners of teachers camp during summers. In his address he highlighted the need of uplifting the teaching profession and appreciated the efforts of the EdVision Global team in organizing the conference.

Let us ignite a wave of positive change in the education landscape and renew our commitment to uplifting the teachers who shape the soul of society.
