Senior actress Bushra Ansari has explained why she and her husband spend little time together, saying that both are mature individuals who respect each other’s space and time rather than making unnecessary demands.
In a recent video shared on her YouTube channel, Bushra Ansari responded to fans who often ask why she is seldom seen with her husband.
She clarified that both she and her husband are at a stage in life where they value giving each other space and avoid unnecessary arguments or complaints. The actress revealed that when they got married, both were already used to living independently – she had been living alone for 10 to 12 years, while her husband had been on his own for about four to five years.
Bushra Ansari added that they no longer expect constant presence or attention from one another. They stay in touch, talk about work and inquire after each other’s well-being.
She further said her husband often spends his time writing when with her, and she respects his routine just as he respects hers – which includes work, leisure and travel.
According to her, the time they do spend together may be short but is always meaningful, filled with conversation and mutual understanding.
It is worth noting that Bushra Ansari’s first marriage to renowned producer Iqbal Ansari ended in divorce in 2020 after 36 years and she later married director Iqbal Hussain.
