RAWALPINDI – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Rawalpindi on Monday issued the seventh non-bailable arrest warrant against Aleema Khan, sister of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, in connection with the November 26 protest case.
The court conducted proceedings against Aleema Khan and 11 other accused involved in the demonstrations held in Rawalpindi last year. Neither Aleema Khan nor her legal representatives appeared before the court during the hearing.

Due to her continued absence, the court reissued a non-bailable arrest warrant, while a report on the freezing of her bank accounts was also presented. According to the report, Aleema Khan holds multiple accounts in different banks, including those linked to Namal University and welfare organizations. The court also issued notices to banks that had failed to submit their reports.
Following the proceedings, the case was adjourned until November 6, with the latest warrant remaining active. The Sadiqabad Police Station had earlier registered the case against Aleema Khan and the other accused over their alleged involvement in the protest.
