Naqvi participates in Pashtun Cultural Event at QAU

Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi arrived at Quaid-e-Azam University. He was warmly received by Vice Chancellor Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, faculty members, and students.

The Interior Minister attended a traditional dance event organized by the Pashtun Council, where he joined the Pashtun students in performing the traditional Attan dance. The students spent some time with the Minister, engaging in a friendly and joyful interaction.

While appreciating the beautiful display of Pashtun culture, Mohsin Naqvi held an informal conversation with the youth, emphasizing the importance of education and positive activities.

Mohsin Naqvi stated that the youth are the pride and future of Pakistan, and that the strength of the country lies in its cultural unity. He highlighted that Pashtun culture holds a unique place in the world and expressed his delight at attending the students’ event. He expressed that such gatherings bring people closer together and promote love and brotherhood.

The Vice Chancellor of Quaid-e-Azam University, Deputy Commissioner, and Additional Deputy Commissioner Islamabad were also present on the occasion.

Condolences on demise of Ch Shujaat’s brother-in-law

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the residence of Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Monday.

During the visit, Minister Naqvi met with Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and expressed deep sorrow over the passing of his brother-in-law, Javed Chattha.

Provincial Minister Chaudhry Shafay Hussain was also present on the occasion.

Mohsin Naqvi offered heartfelt condolences and sympathies to Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and prayed for the departed soul’s eternal peace.

The Interior Minister also briefed Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on internal security measures being implemented across the country. Chaudhry Shujaat expressed satisfaction over the overall security situation and appreciated the arrangements made by the Ministry of Interior.

Both leaders paid rich tribute to the martyrs of the nation, acknowledging their sacrifices for the peace and stability of Pakistan.
