Anushka Sharma’s ‘Chakda Xpress’ faces unexpected delay
MUMBAI: Indian cricket legend Jhulan Goswami expressed optimism regarding the release of Anushka Sharma’s much-anticipated biopic, Chakda Xpress.

In a recent interaction, the 42-year-old former pacer, widely regarded as one of the greatest bowlers in women’s cricket history, addressed persistent rumors about delays in the film’s release. “I am not aware of any such updates. Let’s hope for the best,” Goswami said.

The anticipation for Chakda Xpress has grown following India’s historic victory in the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025, with fans eager to see the on-screen portrayal of Goswami’s remarkable career.
