Chasing the modest target, Pakistan began with a leg bye, followed by a single from Maaz Sadaqat. Saad Masood then struck a crucial boundary to bring the Shaheens within one run. He sealed the title by inside-edging the final delivery for the winning run, sparking celebrations.

Earlier, in the main match, Bangladesh fell just short of Pakistan’s 126-run target, finishing at 125-9 despite a spirited late surge. Openers Habibur Rahman Sohan and Jishan Alam gave their side a positive start before Arafat Minhas and Saad Masood triggered a collapse, reducing Bangladesh to 36-3 inside five overs.

The 10th wicket pair of Saqlain and Ripon Mondol smashed three sixes in the 19th over, bringing Bangladesh to within touching distance. Needing seven off the final over, Bangladesh managed only six, taking the match into a Super Over where Pakistan prevailed.
