Ducky bhai granted bail, but release pending

Published on: November 25, 2025 7:19 PM

Popular YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, remains in jail despite bail approval in a gambling app promotion case. The Lahore High Court granted bail yesterday, but his release was not issued today. His legal team says procedural formalities caused the delay.

Barrister Amrit Sheikh, Ducky Bhai’s lawyer, explained that verifying and processing the release order takes time. The court’s allocated judicial hours expired before the release could be finalized. Authorities plan to issue the order as soon as possible, ensuring all legal procedures are complete.

The legal team expects the release order to be issued by tomorrow. Once finalized, Ducky Bhai can leave jail and resume his work. Fans have been eagerly awaiting his freedom since the court’s decision.

The delay highlights the slow pace of procedural formalities in Lahore courts. Legal experts note that even after bail approval, release can take time due to administrative verification. Meanwhile, Ducky Bhai remains under temporary custody until the formalities conclude.
