Under Suthra Punjab, around 30,000 vehicles and more than 150,000 workers are actively deployed every day to manage nearly 50,000 tons of waste across the province. This extensive operational network ensures cleaner cities while maintaining consistency and speed.
The programme uses real-time monitoring of workers and vehicles, creating transparency and improving accountability. A KPI-based contractor payment system further strengthens performance, while a digital complaints mechanism encourages public participation and rapid issue resolution.
