
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the schedule for Pakistan vs Australia three-match T20I series. All matches will be held at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. The series starts on January 29 and ends February 1, 2026.
Australia’s squad will arrive in Lahore on January 28. The coin toss for all three matches will be at 5:30pm, with play starting at 6:00pm Pakistan Standard Time. PCB confirmed these details on Wednesday.

The series serves as vital preparation for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. Pakistan is in Group A, while Australia competes in Group B. The matches will help finalize team combinations and assess player form.
This tour marks Australia’s third visit to Pakistan since 2022. They previously played Tests, ODIs, and a T20I, showing international cricket’s growing return to the country. The last T20I between the teams at Gaddafi Stadium was in April 2022.

PCB Chief Operating Officer Sumair Ahmed Syed welcomed the announcement. He called the series a major boost for fans and encouraged full stadiums. He said it would be a “blockbuster start” for Pakistan cricket in 2026.
