Punjab CBD advances smart urban growth with NSIT Pulse Phase-I

Published on: January 31, 2026 1:28 AM

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) has announced the launch of NSIT Pulse Phase-I, a premium retail and commercial development located at a prime site within CBD NSIT City, Punjab’s flagship innovation-led urban district.

Strategically situated adjacent to DHA Phase 6 and Phase 7 and in close proximity to the NSIT Silicon Block, NSIT Pulse Phase-I has been envisioned as a vibrant urban centre integrating retail, leisure, and everyday commercial activity. Its central location within a rapidly emerging innovation ecosystem ensures strong visibility, seamless connectivity, and sustained footfall, making it a compelling opportunity for investors and commercial stakeholders.

The project has been planned in line with contemporary urban design principles, with a focus on walkability, public engagement, and integration with surrounding districts. Landscaped public spaces, park-facing retail frontage, and strong visual connectivity enhance user experience while reinforcing long-term commercial viability. NSIT Pulse Phase-I complements the innovation, creative, and lifestyle clusters of CBD NSIT City, positioning it as a natural destination for premium retail, dining, and lifestyle brands.

Commenting on the launch, CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, said, “NSIT Pulse Phase-I reflects our commitment to creating commercially sound and future-ready developments within CBD NSIT City. The project has been designed in accordance with international standards, ensuring transparency, sustainability, and long-term value for investors while contributing to the city’s evolving urban landscape. “He further emphasized that CBD Punjab continues to adopt digitally enabled planning and allocation mechanisms to promote efficiency, investor confidence, and timely project delivery.

The launch of NSIT Pulse Phase-I aligns with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, who has articulated a clear roadmap for transforming Punjab into a digitally empowered and innovation-driven province. Her focus on smart urban development, technology-led economic growth, and modern commercial infrastructure under the Digital Punjab initiative has laid the foundation for projects such as CBD NSIT City.

With its prime location, limited inventory of premium retail units, and a structured and transparent allocation process, NSIT Pulse Phase-I is positioned to emerge as a landmark commercial address and a high-potential investment destination in Lahore’s next phase of urban development.
