Chaudhry emphasized that a ferry service would significantly increase tourism and trade activities, providing new opportunities for businesses, travelers, and the transport sector, while also promoting regional economic stability.

He added that establishing a direct shipping line between Pakistan and Bangladesh would give fresh momentum to bilateral trade, facilitating smoother cargo movement, reducing logistics costs, and opening new markets for local products.
