Imarat announces signature apartments by HSY

Published on: February 18, 2026 1:06 AM

Imarat Group has announced the launch of Signature Apartments by HSY, marking a major milestone in the evolution of IMARAT Downtown into one of the capital’s most ambitious mixed-use urban destinations. The announcement comes as the Mall of IMARAT prepares for its opening, signalling the rapid transformation of the development from vision to reality.

Developed as a fully integrated business, retail, hospitality, and residential hub, IMARAT Downtown is designed to reshape the urban landscape of Islamabad by bringing premium commercial activity, global hospitality, and luxury living into a single destination.

The newly announced Signature Apartments will be developed in collaboration with HSY (Hassan Sheheryar Yasin), Pakistan’s most celebrated fashion designer, introducing a distinctive design-led residential concept. The project aims to blend high-fashion aesthetics with modern architecture, curated interiors, and exclusive lifestyle features to create a new benchmark for branded residences in the country.

On the occasion Chairman IMARAT Group Shafiq Akbar said that IMARAT Downtown is coming to life, and this is only the beginning. With the Mall of IMARAT set to open soon, we are proud to introduce our next landmark project, Signature Apartments in collaboration with HSY, Pakistan’s most celebrated fashion designer. Following the successful first phase of the Hospitality Tower at IMARAT Business District, featuring Courtyard by Marriott and world-class amenities, this development adds a new dimension of design, lifestyle, and exclusivity. Our vision is clear, and this destination is rapidly taking shape.”

He said that for over 30 years, my work has celebrated Pakistan, its beauty, its resilience, its identity. With HSY Home, we extend that celebration into the spaces where life happens. This collaboration is a statement of what Pakistani brands can achieve together.”

Hassan Sheheryar Yasin said that the Signature Apartments are a natural extension of HSY Home where identity, premium craftsmanship, and refined living come together effortlessly. For me, design has always been about presence and precision about how a space makes you feel the moment you walk in.

With IMARAT, we are elevating the experience of home through thoughtful curation, timeless quality, and a distinctly Pakistani point of view that stands confidently on a global stage. This is about creating residences that not only reflect sophistication, but also a sense of belonging, especially for Pakistanis around the world who seek a home that honors where they come from while embracing how they live today.”

By adding Signature Apartments to the master plan, IMARAT is expanding its vision of a live-work-leisure ecosystem where residents, businesses, and visitors can experience a seamless urban lifestyle. The project is expected to attract both investors and end users seeking high-value property in a strategically located and rapidly developing area of the capital.
