Pakistan and China marked 75 years of diplomatic relations, highlighting their strong partnership. Officials praised Pakistan China friendship marks 75 years of cooperation growth through development and investment. The relationship was described as an “all-weather strategic partnership” that continues to strengthen economic and regional ties.

According to a Chinese embassy fact sheet, the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has driven major progress. So far, nearly 25.93 billion dollars have been invested. As a result, thousands of jobs have been created along with major infrastructure and energy developments across Pakistan.

Moreover, China has remained Pakistan’s largest trading partner for 12 consecutive years. In 2025, bilateral trade crossed 25 billion dollars. In addition, China contributed over half of Pakistan’s foreign direct investment, showing its central role in economic growth and financial cooperation.

Meanwhile, CPEC projects have expanded across all provinces. Power plants, highways, ports, and metro systems have improved connectivity and energy supply. Furthermore, projects like Gwadar Port and Lahore Orange Line Metro have boosted transport, trade, and regional development.

In conclusion, Pakistan China friendship marks 75 years of cooperation growth reflects expanding ties in trade, energy, education, and infrastructure. Both countries continue to deepen collaboration. Therefore, officials say this partnership will further support regional stability and shared prosperity in the future.
