
The International Cricket Council has released its annual T20 team rankings. The update shows stability among top cricket nations. Therefore, most leading teams have retained their previous positions in the latest global standings.
Moreover, India remains the number one ranked T20 team in the world. India national cricket team continues to lead despite a slight drop in rating points. As a result, its dominance in T20 cricket remains strong.
In addition, England national cricket team holds second place in the rankings. Meanwhile, Australia national cricket team is third and New Zealand national cricket team is fourth. Furthermore, South Africa, Pakistan, and West Indies maintain their positions from fifth to seventh.
On the other hand, changes were seen lower in the rankings. Sri Lanka dropped to ninth place after losing points. However, Bangladesh improved slightly and moved up to eighth position in the updated list.

In addition, Afghanistan remains in tenth place in the global standings. Meanwhile, Zimbabwe and Ireland are placed eleventh and twelfth respectively. Therefore, the lower rankings show minor shifts compared to the top teams.
Finally, the ICC also released the women’s T20 rankings. Australia women national cricket team continues to lead the table. In conclusion, ICC releases annual T20 team rankings, confirming stability at the top while only minor changes appear in mid and lower positions.
