South Indian actress Trisha Krishnan has once again become the center of attention following the swearing-in ceremony of actor-turned-politician Joseph Vijay as the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Social media discussions about their alleged relationship intensified after the event. Moreover, a cryptic post shared by Trisha added fuel to ongoing speculation.

According to Indian media reports, Trisha attended Vijay’s oath-taking ceremony on Sunday. During the event, she was seen sitting alongside Vijay’s parents, which quickly drew public attention online. In addition, a photo showing Trisha warmly hugging Vijay’s mother, Shobha, became widely shared across social media platforms.

On Monday, Trisha posted pictures from the ceremony on her Instagram account. However, the caption attracted the most attention. She wrote, “Love is always louder and its echo lasts longer.” Consequently, fans immediately linked the statement to long-running rumors regarding her relationship with Vijay.

The 43-year-old actress attended the ceremony with her mother, Uma Krishnan. Reports stated that Trisha appeared emotional while listening to Vijay speak about the future of Tamil Nadu after taking oath as chief minister. She was seen smiling through tears during the applause, which further increased online speculation.

It is important to note that Vijay and Trisha have worked together in several films over the years. Rumors about their relationship have circulated in the past as well. However, speculation intensified in 2025 after reports claimed Vijay’s wife Sangeeta ended their 26-year marriage and accused him of having ties with an actress.

Indian media also noted that Sangeeta and the couple’s two children did not attend Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony. Furthermore, Vijay and Trisha were previously spotted together at a wedding event in Chennai shortly after divorce rumors surfaced. In conclusion, Trisha’s recent social media post has once again pushed rumors about her alleged relationship with Vijay into the spotlight.
