First look of upcoming PAF drama ‘Parwaz Hai Junoon’ flying high with patriotic tunes

Published on: April 7, 2018 7:11 PM

Upcoming Pakistani film ‘Parwaaz Hai Junoon’ has been making rounds for a while now. However, the only thing known about the film was that it is based on Pakistan Air Force.

The first poster for the film has been revealed, and it features the man with the sexy voice and controversial tweets, Hamza Ali Abbasi, who has been pretty excited about this project, given how patriotic he is.

The poster displays Hamza, wearing the Pakistan Air Force uniform, sporting a pilot’s avatar and seems to be looking at the skies. Amusingly, the name badge on the uniform bears his real name, Hamza.

The film, ‘Parwaaz Hai Junoon’ is directed by Haseeb Hasan and written by Farhat Ishtiaq. The story is a a tribute to the Pakistani Air Force success stories inspired from real life, and all of the profit earned from the film is planned to be donated to PAF funds. The supporting cast of the film will include real army cadets, fighter pilots and PAF employees.

At the film’s launch last year, Hamza revealed that his scenes were going to be shot in a CASA Aircraft.

The rest of the cast includes Shamoon Ali, Ahad Raza Mir, Hania Aamir, Shaz Khan and Kubra Khan.

Parwaaz Hai Junoon is planned to release this Eidul Fitr.
