PPP prevailed despite hurdles, Nafisa Shah

Published on: July 28, 2018 7:40 PM

LARKANA: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Information Secretary Nafisa Shah on Saturday said that hurdles were created in election campaign of party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Speaking to the media after visiting graves of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto, Nafisa said claimed that the path was cleared for Imran Khan but despite all hurdles, PPP remained successful in Sindh.

She said despite reservations, PPP will go to the parliament and Chairman Bilawal and co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari have also requested other parties to raise their voice. To a question on who will be the opposition leader in the parliament from among Bilawal and Zardari, she replied that it will be decided by the party.

She said GDA contested election on the connote of others, who were talking about dividing Sindh, adding that the people of Sindh have defeated them.

Nafisa Shah has recently been elected as member of National Assembly of Pakistan from NA-208 Khairpur.
