‘I like to play 90 minutes’ says Neymar

Published on: October 4, 2018 7:58 PM

Neymar who just showcased one of the best performance of his careers revealed that he told Tuchel to not take him off after he scored his hat trick last night.

“I told the coach” ‘Do not take me off!” said Neymar, adding, “I was joking – there is a great affinity between us. We speak often. I always want to play the full 90 minutes, though.”

Even after winning 6-1 Neymar still believes that there is room for improvement.

“It was great game for the team and me.

“We controlled the match, created plenty of chances and the win was important.

“There is a lot of room for physical and technical improvement, of course, but I have already said that February and March are the aim for that as the most important Champions League and Ligue 1 games are around that time.” Said Neymar.

“He has already scored two and three goals in a match before. We all know his qualities.

“We can be proud to have a played like that in our team – and he can be proud of who he has around him as well.” Said Meunier.
